Base Training

Its base training time. That means trying new toys, techniques, and anything/everything you hope to continue throughout the whole year.  I received a stretch cord workout out from Barb Linquist and I had Bec show me how to actually do it.  It def. is a workout.  It comes in handy if I can’t make it up to the pool.

Another new thing are the rollers. Above is a video of my first ride on them (hopefully its there!). The recording is about 3 min into my first ride.  If you have any bike handling skills then they aren’t so bad but certainly tricky at first.  I’m spending some time at my mom’s house and she got a kick out of me attempting to ride on them.

Train hard.
